Willis Consultancy provides services to the construction and engineering sectors based upon over 20 years of working with these industries and experience practising as a construction lawyer, heading the renewables team of a regional law firm and as a director of a multi-discipline consultancy in Hong Kong.
Services include advice on commercial documentation including contracts, appointment documents, BIM protocols , problem solving and dispute resolution including adjudication and arbitration. Willis Consultancy does not conduct litigation but provides litigation support to solicitors and in house teams.
